MotoGP™ TT Assen Grand Prix - Ticket Pick-up Information


Your order is scheduled to be collected at the event.  blue cabin with INFO indicated on it . Your order is scheduled to be redeemed at our collection point, a blue INFO cabin is located at the Haarbocht Entrance(behind the Strubben Tribune).


How to get there:

The circuit is located only 3Km from the small city of Assen, in the province of Drenthe.  

By car: You will need to take the A28 and then take the exit at Junction 32 (Assen Zuid).The circuit is sign-posted from here. During the TT, there is a traffic arrangement in place that directs visitors to the race track in the most efficient manner. Please follow the instructions on the signs. This will take you to the right parking areas, which will be free of charge. Traffic may be heavy over the race weekend therefore please allow extra time when planning your journey. 

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT : Trains will be running from Amsterdam Central Station to Assen and the transfer takes approximately 2 hours. It is recommended to book your train tickets when you arrive in Amsterdam as the station can get very busy over the race weekend. You can also purchase train tickets in advance on Regular shuttle buses will connect Assen Central Station with the Haarbocht entrance at the circuit and these will be payable on the day. Please be aware that the shuttle buses can get extremely busy and due to traffic it may take over an hour to get to the circuit. Please allow extra time when planning your coach transfer.

Friday: 08:00am – 17:00pm

Saturday: 08:00am – 17:00pm

Sunday: 7:45am- 13:00pm


Important Information: 

To have everything happening in the best conditions and get your order, you mandatory have to bring the following documents: 

  •  A printed copy of the voucher (to download into your personal account
  • A valid ID (ID card, passport or driving license)

If your tickets are collected by someone else than you, beside the previously required documents, you mandatory have to:

  • Send an email to [email protected] mentioning the full name of the person who is going to pick up your tickets. 
  • Give a good photocopy of your ID to the person you mentioned in your email to [email protected]
  • Inform this person to also present him-/herself with his/her own ID
